  We purchased a new AC system for our home. When the technician arrived, we were given a quote without ever asking us a single question. They had already planned a detailed price estimate breakdown for the entire process including the labour of installation. Fortunately, they were more than willing to negotiate and lower the price if we saw anything that we did not like. Direct but respectful is something that more businesses should teach to their employees like this one.
