      This company installed a new heating and air system a couple of years ago. It has now sprung a gas leak. Our gas has been shut off til the system is repaired. We called this company to fix the issueince they did the install. They told us everyday for several days that they were coming, they did not show up, nor did they call. We called them daily, this is extremely frustrating. The repairman finally showed up 5 days after they said he would. He said he couldn't fix it but he would have the office call us. They did not call. We called them again, mind you we are frustrated, the lady who works in the office is rude and does not care about customer service. When asked what their intentions were as far as fixing the leak on an install they did she got angry and hung up on us. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and we will be very vocal regarding this company's poor customer service and work.

      Mr. Semple recently contacted our office to find/repair a gas leak as the gas company had turned his service off. On the first day Mr. Semple was scheduled our Tech ran late on a previous call, Mr. Semple was advised and rescheduled. Upon our 2nd attempt to provide service the Tech again ran late on a previous call and when calling Mr. Semple to advise, he stated he had cut his hand and needed stitches so we again rescheduled. Our Tech arrived, performed a leak check of the gas lines under the home, and found a leak in the gas range connection with double flex connections and an illegal valve. He also found the gas lines rusted, laying on the ground, not mil wrapped and not properly supported which is violation of code by the installing contractor. Photo documentation was acquired during the leak detection process and we were not able to access one area of the crawl space due to space constraints. We did install a new split system 3.5 years ago at which time we disconnected the gas line at the furnace and installed the new furnace. There was no time during this system replacement that our crew was under the home or in proximity of the current gas leak. Mr. Semple was adamant that the gas leak was our responsibility despite the 3.5 year time span between the installation of the new system and the expiration of our 1 year labor warranty on workmanship and defects. When explaining this to Mr. Semple, he became belligerent with our female Service Manager at which time she ended the call. Mrs. Semple called yesterday to speak with the owner at which time a message was taken that Mrs. Semple implied would not be passed along. We again attempted to work Mrs. Semple this morning, reached an agreement which included paying for this service. Mrs. Semple again wanted to begin ranting about how we left them hanging, at this time it became clear there was no appeasing the Semples and we ended our business relationship. Our 1 year labor warranty on workmanship and defects initiated in 2018, does not cover workmanship or defects in the work of other contractors nor is our staff is not required to tolerate belligerent behavior, for these reason we suggest Mr. Semple find another contractor. We are not responsible but will not be charging Mr. Semple for finding the leak. We wish him all the best.

      I’m not going to waste the time to throw out all the details but after dealing with this company the only good thing they have done for me is agree to cancel my bill and part ways. I have NEVER dealt with so much unprofessionalism in my life

      Sarah, I'm sorry you feel this way but it is hard for us to provide service to someone who presents hurdles, tells falsehoods, and alters the wiring on their system between tech visits. We again wish you the best of luck with your future service company.

      Jesse went above and beyond coming out to our house and staying till 9:00 at night to fix our unit. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of this work! Anna the service manager was also amazing and showed genuine concern to fix our issue over the holiday weekend knowing we had little kids. When you find a company with employees who care it makes a big difference and I highly recommend Paducah Heating and Air!
