Jason and his team did an amazing job installing our new furnace and AC unit. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy our heating and cooling needs. They also wore shoe covers in our house and masks the whole time they were here and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even offered to take and get rid off our old water heater that we had sitting in the garage. Jeremy the advisor was excellent as well. He was there to answer any questions we had along the way and made us feel confident with our decision in choosing Pacific Heating & Cooling. We will continue to use them for maintenance and service in the future. Couldn’t be happier with our services from Pacific Heating & Cooling.Thanks again Jason and team!

Always great service! We have used them for furnace inspection, troubleshooting air conditioner issues and and annual maintenance on both the heating and cooling systems. Techs are always friendly and knowledgeable, wear boots covers and masks. I pay for the annual service plan in case of emergency issues you get a quicker call back and discount on services. Highly recommend!

Shane, my Pacific heating and cooling technician, I kid you not he was in his early 20’s. He had the best greeting, big smile under his mask, pleasant and sociable. Shane was very professional explained everything in detail and all the steps he would be preforming maintenance to my old heater. Shane was very respectful when entering my home. He had to check on a few things related to heating. Shane is very experienced in his profession and once service was completed he cleaned up everything and what a difference! All around, the ladies I spoke with to make the appointment was just wonderful and kind. I would definitely recommend Shane with Pacific heating and cooling. Thank you.
