I had this company out twice, to do two different jobs, one to replace a very old thermostat with a new digital one, then 2, to do my AC service maintenance. They were very fast, thorough, friendly and professional.

They did such a good job the first time that I called them back to have them do my AC maintenance and I am very satisfied with the work that this company does for the customer. I sincerely believe that you cannot go wrong putting your trust in Pace Heat And Air.

We were in need of a new water heater.  They gave us a quote. The 2 young men were very professional and knowledgeable.  They answered any questions that I had. It did not take very long at all. Will definitely recommend!

They are the only company I will use They are on time and do great work for a decent price  👍

We asked Pace to do an Inspection of the unit before winter. They told us that  valve was leaking and the unit had to be replaced. We agreed to have them replace the unit and told them to give us the best one they had. After the job the unit would not keep the house cool. After several tries to fix the problem, they told use that some duct work had to be fixed. Shouldn't that be part of the install?  You would think. But later got another bill for $255. Original bill was for $5500 and the receipt said 1 yr workmanship warranty. The unit still won't properly cool the house. Obviously the install wasn't done properly the first time. And they want to keep charging me for sub par work. I did ask for the best that they had right up front. Call someone else!

They tryed charging me for Freon that I did not get when I would not pay for something I didn’t get they refuse to service me any more! Why would I need freon when I called said unit not getting any electricity to it I never said it wasn’t cooling!!!! All they did is use my water hose my water and sprayed out the bottom of unit and flipped a breaker that’s all that was wrong a breaker had tripped and they gonna charge me almost 300$!!!! To spray my water and flip a breaker!!!!
