  I ordered a part (vent motor) from them on Amazon. After a couple months of use I messaged them that it wasn't working anymore. Melissa emailed back and forth with me and was so kind! They replaced the part and all I had to pay was $12 for shipping! I called to pay the shipping and she was friendlier than even on email when we spoke. They responded quickly to my first email and in just one email they told me they would replace the part no problem, no fighting or arguing to try and get a replacement. It was so nice! Id recommend anyone to contact them for parts even outside of Amazon. If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
