  Purchased house 5 years ago and literally 2 months the AC froze up. Of course it's our fault because "we didn't change the filter monthly". It's been the same battle every summer several times a summer and now I'm being told I need to replace the coils. Garbage unit and terrible workmanship. Was actually told by one of their techs it was a Mickey Mouse setup for the house.

  This is the second time I've used P&R for my mobile home A/C needs. They have been great both times and have done the job right the first time both times. Professional and courteous. Very Happy!!

  P&R is an amazing company. They installed my air and skirting in a timely manner and they stand behind their work! We've maintained our unit through this company and we've never had any issues. Definitely would suggest them for all of your mobile home air conditioning and other supplies!
