  I don’t know who the lady above is talking about these are the most professional and fast moving people I have seen ! I have received a/c install from them they installed my néw heat and air after 3 other companies where full of bull! Never known them to be called anything but the nameOf the company. Lady , know your facts before you slander small Business!

  This company also know as Max Home Warranty Services, LLC is very unresponsive, incompetent, and unprofessional. I used them through my home warranty company. It took them a very long time to follow-up after the initial inspection. After weeks, they decided we needed a new HVAC system which took forever to arrive (months) at the warehouse due to COVID. No communication from this company. We called them countless times to check on the status and they rarely called back. When they finally “fixed” the A/C, they left the site in shambles. When I called them about it, they ignored me until I reported it to the home warranty company and sent a photo. A few months later when the weather changed to cold, we discovered the heat didn’t work. Who replaces the HVAC system without testing to make sure it works properly? Had to file another claim with the warranty company and from the new company found out they never actually connected the heat properly and I was told had they left the gas line on we could have been carbon monoxide poisoned! They need to be shut down.
