  We awoke on a Sunday morning to our upstairs heat not working. I gave Owens Heating and Air a call and the technician promptly called me a couple of minutes later. He came to our home within one hour and thoroughly troubleshooted the issue until it was resolved and our heat was back on. He was polite, prompt and efficient. Owens Heating and Air have in my opinion competitive pricing and you can't beat their responsiveness. We will be calling them with any future HVAC issues!!!

  Good luck getting this business to return a phone call. Phoned multiple times over the past 4 months and they never return the phone calls. I guess they're an extremely wealthy HVAC service and they don't need my money. Very unprofessional.

  Hello "Mr. Phantom", I'm assuming that this is not your real name since I have investigated with our answering service about your phone calls that we didn't receive. They went over all our calls in the last 6 months and they have no record of your last name. To response to your comment "I guess they're an extremely wealthy HVAC service and they don't need my money". That is not the case at all...over the last year we have become very busy and we humbled, grateful and blessed for it. As a result, we knew that we needed to make a change, starting April 2022 we have hired a full time office staff member to answer all our calls Monday-Friday instead of our answering service. Our goal is to always take care of our customer as quickly as possible and to be very professional. If you would be so kind and give me your correct name, I will follow up with my investigation.

  Amazing local family run business. They took care of my family's HVAC needs for over a decade while I was growing up, and now as a homeowner, they've been taking care of me. Chris (the owner's son) is a great guy, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have while he's taking care of your HVAC. It's a shame to see other's with no experience with the company on here slandering their reputation.
