  Nelson’s has always been the best! They were responsive in scheduling and installing a furnace/AC unit just in time for colder weather. The technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also careful to ensure that I knew how to operate the new system before they left. Great company!!

  My regular heating vendor was not available until the end of the week. I gave a call to Nelson's and they were able to send out a service technician the next day. The response time was excellent, and the service tech was very professional in installing a new Nest Thermostat with a short period of time. The price was extremely reasonable considering the next day service.

  Great service!! The service crew worked seamlessly on our ac system. Had knowledge of everything involved. Ordered parts and connected the AC components per specification. Made the whole process look easy! Will definitely use them for annual service.
