  I think they provide very good care. Every person working there is friendly and efficient. I never have waited over 30 minutes for an appointment and most of the time i get in within 10 minutes. It's very hard to find a doctors office that timely. I was impressed enough to assign them as my pcp. Very satisfied w with each and every visit. I have been going there for thirty years. Thanks to all of you at the OCH.

  They have a new schedule system on the computer that doesn't work. They have messed up my apt 3 times now. I hate getting my 4 month old out in the cold and rain unless I have to. Only reason I still go is because of one nurse that is great with helping with breast feeding.

  Have has bad experience. With one of the front desk ladys (kim) hateful, disrepectful. You call up there. And asking for some one ot to make a appointment. And she huffs around and very disrespectful. I have been waiting to get my lab results and the the nurse. have have not. Time to look at them yet that was on (Monday) today is Thursday. And i called up there to see if thwy would give me my lab results. And of course. I got that (kim) lady and she trys telling me that they cant give them lab results over the phone. 5 mins later guess what they final called me back on my results
