  We have a new construction home that we're building and I called Otis Air to come and give us a bid. Randy with Otis air came out to meet with us about the new system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he had taken pictures and measurements we chatted for a few minutes and I am waiting for them to get back with me with a bid. I don't mind giving a review on their promptness and friendliness regarding the first process before the bid. Hopefully the bid comes in competitive because I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them if it does.

  The best customer service around. We felt like we were treated as family. The crew was on time, hard workers, curtious and did an amazing job. We will recommend them to anyone. Loved the straight forward estimate and pricing. We couldn't have picked a better place.

  The technicians that came to my home were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me understand my HVAC system (being a first time home buyer). I was convinced the technician was the owner due to how nice and caring he was but he said he was not. I was blown away from his and really saw how much pride and ownership Otis employees have. I found my "Go to" HVAC company!
