  My fiancé called Otey about needing some work done. We were told he was busy, but he would get to it in the next week. It has been over four weeks. We made 4 calls to the office, and he still has not shown up. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re needing something done in the near future or you’re gonna be waiting awhile. Get someone else!
