  Really can't rate on much at this time, currently communicating by email to set up Bid on PTAC unit. Email response has been in a timely manner. Will be happy to update here after that

  Were very inconvenienced by me calling for an estimate on fixing our a.c. unit. Then sent me a bill for it. Will never call again. Representative was very impolite to my wife and quoted very high compared to the other quotes. Again, I will never call again and recommend for others to steer clear and call someone more reasonable and professional.
