  Every technician who has come to my house for AC maintenance from Optimal Air has been very prompt, professional, and informative. Scheduling is friendly and convenient. The pricing is also affordable. My neighbors use them too. I highly recommend their spring and fall maintenance program!

  Was able to schedule repairs with Optimal within a day of discovering a leak in the AC system. Jorge arrived on time, put down a floor cover to prevent dirt from the attic and got to work to repair a condenser leak. He finished in less than an hour, verified the system was cooling properly and was on his way. Great staff, great company!

  Have used twice now and they are very professional and respectful of your time. Office sends a text with a photo of the technician who is coming, really appreciate this feature! Extremely satisfied with customer service and work done.
