  Russell was EXCELLENT! As a new homeowner he was very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain any questions or concerns. He was very personable, gave suggestions for the future and overall it was an extremely positive experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Onix and I am certain Russell has a lifetime customer in me!

  Russell came out and diagnosed our unit in a timely manor. They are very knowledgeable and professional they explained the issues with our unit in a language we could understand. I highly recommend them and will be using them with any future air conditioning problems.
