      This was the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. While they were available to come out quickly for help during cold weather to fix my furnace-they took FIVE different visits over three days to actually fix the issue and my home was without heat the majority of that time. They blew breakers in my home while here that they said were not their fault and they would not repair that effectively left all of the bedrooms in my house without power and a small electrical fire in the kitchen. So now I will have to tack on an electrician repair because they are unable and unwilling to fix their mistakes. I will never recommend this company to others and hope to never be in a situation where they are the only option. I’ve added photos of one of the surge protectors they blew of two. It’s a miracle they didn’t burn our house down with their ignorance. Addendum: We had an electrician out who showed us where a junction box in our home was recently damaged and stated that he believed the two staff from One Hour (Chase and Josh) had blown our breaker and the next day had run double the voltage through our junction box which caused the surge protectors to catch fire in my home. These two staff with One Hour never be revisiting our home in the future for service. This information was also relayed to management with One Hour. One Hour refunded our cost after this review was posted.

      These guys are incredible!!! Our heating went out and we called several places who either told us they'd be there soon or never returned our call. One Hour Heating were the only ones who kept their word. We needed a new furnace, as ours was quite old, and decided to replace the entire HVAC system. Cost wise it was a great decision! And having these guys doing the installation was amazing!!! Friendly, honest, on time and professional!!! I cannot recommend them enough! I will continue to call them if needed and recommended them to friends and family!!!
