Had my furnace trip the breaker overnight, woke up to a 61 degree house with a 6 month old baby. I flipped the breaker back on and heard a loud pop in the furnace and had some sparks fly! It's a 25 year old Lennox so I expected the worst. I called AFC and within a couple hours we had a service tech on site and 20 minutes later he installed a new board and had my heat back on! Very grateful for the service, thank you! Very professional and timely, highly recommend.

My outside ac unit quit working overnight.  I called AFC first thing in the morning.  The woman I spoke with was pleasant and said that someone would be able to come out that same afternoon.  I received a call before the tech arrived to let me know he was on the way.  The tech was also friendly and professional.  The ac unit needed a new part, which he had with him, so the unit was fixed quickly.  My dad and brother both recommended this company and use them for their general contracting business.  I can see why.  They were friendly, professional and quick.

Had a faulty coil in our Lennox AC unit and hired AFC do the repair. Worked directly with Jackie and she was phenomenal! She communicated with us every step of the way and did everything she could to make us comfortable. We  definitely recommend AFC and appreciate Jackie so much. AFC recently installed a new coil in our AC unit.  They responded the same day I called in spite of it being early afternoon.  A technician came by, diagnosed and found the leaky coil in less that 10 minutes.  He installed refrigerant to keep us cool for the couple of days it would take to order and receive the part needed.  My the way, the refrigerant was priced at a much more reasonable cost than other we have dealt with.  The installation work was scheduled and completed professionally and our system is working properly.  I would highly recommend AFC for all of your HVAC needs.

The time had finally come to replace our old R-22 unit which had a slow freon leak.  Every spring we had to add 1-3 pounds and with the prices going sky high it was just time to do it.  We were with a company that had us on their monthly payment plan to be a "preferred" customer.  We had them quote a new AC and "free" furnace and nearly fainted when we looked at a low 5 figure price.  We next called the company that did our neighbor's system last year.  Again a low 5 figure price.  We asked some friends who they would recommend and called AFC.  What a pleasant experience!  We have our new complete system at a great price.  On the install day the crew showed up on time, prepped the house to protect our carpet and flooring and worked to completion, then explained all that they did.  They worked on our home like it was their own.  Thanks AFC, and should anyone ask us, we will sing your praises!

I needed a vent for my gas range hood installed.  AFC did a fantastic job.  I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Our AC lines became frozen last night and the unit stopped cooling.  I called AFC at 7:00 AM and they had someone at our home with a few hours, which is great considering it is the middle of August when they are the busiest.  The technician did a great job of getting to the root of the problem and getting it fixed within 1 hour.  Although no AC repairs are cheap, I felt as though AFC's prices were reasonable.
We will probably replace our HVAC next year and will call AFC.

They were the sub contractor on our new home through Hearthside Homes whereby they installed the heating and air unit. We had a problem with the balance of the system. Some rooms were freezing cold while the next room were hot on the 2nd floor of our home. Those rooms are over the garage but I had a mini split heat pump installed in the garage and it helped but the problem was still there. We paid extra to have the 2nd floor be separated with it's own thermostat so this would not happen.

They came out within the warranty period and fixed the issue by adding a vent in the closet directly above the garage and increasing the size of a vent in the bathroom next to it.

Most of their staff are very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.

AFC installed new AC units & furnaces at our house, and every aspect of the process was 5 star. The sales rep, Ron, arrived on time and was very personable. He explained the differences between the systems we were considering and shared his thoughts on which would be the best for our situation. He was no-pressure and very consultant-like in his approach. When I called to order the system, he claimed that the crew would be out in 3 days. The crew that showed up was awesome! Each member was very personable and friendly. We walked through the house together so they could explain each step of the installation process. Once the installation started, they worked in a very orderly manner, and took time to keep me updated on progress. When they finished, we did a walk-through and they explained each component—furnaces, AC, and thermostats. Overall, the experience with AFC far exceeded my expectations in the best of ways.
