This company is horrible. Couple years ago, I used them to install the new unit AC. I dont know if they really give me a new unit or not , but few months later , my AC broken and they wanted to charge me more . I have to deal with mean customer service in order to not pay extra cost , I have to write a good review for them . Now, 2 years later, my AC broken again , it s supposed to good for 10 years , how do you like to have a grand new unit of AC which broken 2 times in 2 years and they want to charge you again. ??? I m so upset with this company.
