This company came highly recommended by a friend, but unfortunately, I cannot pass on the recommendation. The AC purchase and installation invoice showed that permitting was included in cost and paid receipt matched the cost of the invoice, but a permit was never filed. I was told it “slipped through the cracks”. Months of contacting this company about having the permit filed, they continued to lead me on, stating they’d have the inspection completed, but it never happened. I gave up. I scheduled my free first year check up when we realized a vent was leaking. They performed the checkup on the AC and told us they would invoice us the cost to repair the vent BEFORE performing the repair work. To our surprise, they came back a day later, repaired the vent, and billed us without informing us they were coming back out or agreeing on a price with them. This occurred while we were not home. Immediately following our first year of having the new AC, it stopped working. With the issues I’d already encountered with this company, I decided to have a different company perform the work to get our 1 year old AC running again. The gentleman showed me a mechanical part that had burnt up inside the unit. He stated that a unit that new should not have parts burning up. No duh. He also ended up repairing our drain pipe, as it was not properly installed the first time.

I was recently told by my regular a/c technician, while making a service call, that 1 of the roof a/c units at my office had a small hole in the condenser coil and was leaking freon. Because the coil was made of aluminum, he said it was not repairable: I would need either a new coil or an entire new unit. Both options would have been multiple thousands of dollars. This is not even my a/c unit: it belongs to the landlord, but the lease is written that the tenant is responsible for the a/c units. I searched online, of course, and found some postings of repairs of holes in aluminum a/c coils. So I called several other a/c companies to check whether or not they would be willing to attempt the repair. Everyone except Conners said "sorry...those coils simply cannot be repaired". Mr. Conners said he would send his guy over to take a look. Sure enough, his guy discovered that it only 'appeared' to be an aluminum coil, but, in fact, it was an old unit with copper tubing wrapped in thin aluminum foil. He was able to trim away the aluminum and do the repair and save the day! I couldn't be more pleased! This is truly ethical service: we're at the mercy of the a/c companies and most of them take advantage of that... he very easily could have told me "sorry...tried my best...need a new coil...". We will now happily switch all our maintenance a/c services to this guy!

The technician came in and went through the problem which had reoccurred two months after another company had come to fix the same problem. He spent a lot of time and thoroughly explained the issue covering several problems. In the end the bill was vary reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
