Heater died while on vacation and we were able to have a technician out the next day and identified it was the control board which would have cost $1400 to fix which wasn’t worth it for a 17 year old furnace. We scheduled a consultation to help identify what the appropriate furnace would cost. All pricing was up front and affordable. When the system was installed the install team ensured everything was complete and up to code and even made sure everything was running properly before leaving. I have yet to replace my AC but I will be calling them when I do!

I had two toilets replaced by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Not only was the cost reasonable, but Ira did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and was professional yet friendly. He explained everything and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I hope I won’t have to, but if I need a plumber in the future I’ll call Benjamin Franklin.

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is very polite and does a great job maintaining my ac/heating unit. The company always keeps up with my maintenance schedule and are very professional and punctual. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
