From the very beginning I’ve been super impressed with the level of quality equipment, access to support, and the outstanding customer service. From the brand new install while building our home, to checking in and routine maintenance, I can’t say enough about how polite and courteous each technician has been. On top of that, our system has worked beautifully and the owner is always available to answer any questions I might have about the settings on our thermostat and even helped me connect to the remote app on my phone. I would not recommend anyone else.

The crew at Honest Air could not have been better. Andrew and his team were fast and efficient and did an unbelievable job. They worked on our timeline with a remodel and knocked it out of the park. If you are looking to have HVAC work done this company needs to be who you work with 100%.

My AC stopped working yesterday, I called after what I thought were business hours at 7pm and they picked right up. I told them what was going on and he said they could squeeze me in the next day. Nicholas arrived early and diagnosed the problem fast and told me the part would probably have to be ordered. I got a phone call within 30 minutes saying they found my part and could come back the same day to fix it. I am beyond pleased with this company, they have a customer for life (hoping I don’t see them again too soon though :)) Thank you for everything! Good company to work with!

Andrew was such a great help. We called during July when out system just shut off. He came by and did a quick fix and was honest about the system and what was needed in the long term. The following weekend they did a new system for us and it was an amazing price. The installation was super smooth and we couldn't be happier.

Honest Air's name reflects their business model. On time, friendly, professional and their pricing is fair and honest.

We had to replace our inside and outside unit 12/2019. We had 3 estimates. Honest air was the only company who wanted to replace the cooper tube that connects the outside unit to the inside unit. Called Bryant manufacturer and asked about this and was told replacing would make the unit work more effeciently. For $200 more I went with Honest Air. Great company to work with.

Truly received “honest” expertise from Honest Air. I had another company tell me my Hvac system could not be fixed and the cost would be $8k. A day later, Nicholas came by from Honest Air and fixed it for practically nothing. The entire experience was painless and saved me thousands. Highly recommend this company.
