  Calvin was professional and friendly. He was not at all pushy, but told us all the facts and showed us the problem. He let us make the decision without pressure. I do think this company is at the high end of costs, but as the say you get what you pay for. Our experience was a good one and at this time I would have no reason not to reccomend them.

  The technician was friendly. He troubleshot the problem to a $480 circuit board they didn't have in stock and had a week long lead time. He encouraged me to look into a new system by talking about how old (15 years) and outdated my system is (later, I learned the price for a new system from this company was $8,900 for a 1,400 sq ft place because you pay extra for maintenance up front that they disguise as a warranty). I decided to take another look at it myself and found that the problem was actually my thermostat. It must have gotten reset somehow and lost it's programming. I reprogrammed it with the manual myself for $0 and it works great.
