Jerry was wonderful. He came out to repair our dryer. He really was an expert, very responsive, and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend JEM to friends and neighbors in the future.

Fridge went out, and they were quick and responsive to get here. Rob was quick to diagnose the problem, help me look up replacement parts. I had to replace my fridge, but Rob even then cut me a break on the service call. Don't know the next time I'll need their services, but if I do I will be sure to use them.

I cannot say enough good stuff about these guys! Jerry and his team are the most competent and honest repair service guys ever! Highly recommended. Been using them for years and will NEVER use anyone else!
