  John May did an outstanding job with our recent AC re-ducting project, and it was a pleasure to have him work on our home. Pleasant and personable, John put us at ease with having strangers here. This was especially important to us because we have four dogs, and this required some machinations in moving them from place to place to ensure everyone’s safety. John took the time to carefully explain what they would be doing on the work. He carefully listened to our questions and concerns, and he answered with detailed and thoughtful responses. He asked us for our preferences when appropriate. John was careful and respectful of our home and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the job was done.   Eric helped provide maintenance on our a/c unit and he was absolutely wonderful! He showed up on time, listened to my concerns and answered questions that I had, and serviced the unit. He was very friendly and professional; I appreciate him and his honest service. I would recommend One Hour Air and Eric any day!

  I signed up for the maintenance program with One Hour at my home inspector’s recommendation. Today was the first visit and the service tech Austin very patiently and clearly explained the whole process and what he was doing. I wanted to be familiar with the HVAC system and understand how it works. After today’s visit from Austin, I am confident that I picked the right company and that I will get high quality service.
