  Called to set up a Commercial Service account... replied with they are not taking new customers? That must be a new business model I have never heard of.

  We haven’t taken on any new commercial customers in a few years and currently have two techs which are very sick

  Scheduled quickly when the furnace was not functioning. Arrived on time and quickly evaluated the problem. He was able to repair the furnace in a short period of time and at a minimally cost. Will definitely keep their number.

  These guys are awesome. They arrived early and had the old furnace pulled out in approx 20 minutes. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable about everything HVAC and answered all of my questions. The new Rheem furnace is beautiful and great upgrade to the previous Trane unit. I will be relying on Olsen Heating and Cooling again in the future.
