  Came out short notice, same day and were very understanding of our situation working to take care of us even though it was an inconvenience. And we were new customers, not established, but you bet we will be calling them for any additional heating/cooling needs!!

  I called Alpine for an issue I was having with a heating/ac unit in my home. I called them because we use Alpine where I work, and they are always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Michael was fantastic! The issue with our unit turned out not to be mechanical in nature, but user error, and he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for calling for a repair. Instead, he took the time to show me exactly what needed to be done to keep the unit running properly. Highly recommend this company!
