  He came to my home and ripped apart the gas and thermostat lines and left. And when I called he said "it is old and dangerous and you need a new one." When I got another repair man in there he said "where is this and where is that?" He could not even find the thermostat wire - it is gone. I called Greg (again) and he won't respond or return my calls now. Then he shows up at my house unannounced and I find him in my garage talking with the service man I found who is trying to help me. Greg raised his voice to me - which brought my son onto the scene. Greg admitted "he probably had the screw in his truck that he had to remove that was causing the problem. My problem was Greg came in and disassembled things and left it that way without talking to me - I had to call him and when my son found parts and pieces on the floor and asked "what did Greg do?" I couldn't answer. All Greg had to say was to repeat "you need a new furnace." Then he has the audacity to tell me never to call him again? Because I questioned him? I wouldn't dream of it! Very unprofessional. I would not recommend using his service.

  Excellent response, the work was explained and done professionally. This is my second experience with them and both were exceptional. Highly recommended for furnace work.
