Smiles always,  quickly attention to service machines, and clean. While I there I had a crying session due to the recent loss of my husband the staff was very patient and caring until it was over. I was totally embarrassed yet they all made me feel cared about.  I truly want to thank  the staff what a great bunch of people .

I won pretty much as soon as I came in, this was the 2nd machine that I sat down on.

Casino is very clean, machines are wiped down by staff constantly.  Only complaint is that the table games are gone. Craps is completely gone, roulette is video (with an actual wheel and ball abs Black Jack is a video game.  Suspiciously pushes ALOT when you gerety a good hand.

The employees here are very nice and helpful. Our room is absolutely disgusting. 1 towel, no washcloths, 1 bed did not look like the sheets were not changed. Zoom in on the pictures to see hairs, dirty fridge, microwave, tables, etc. Pool was dirty, sand all over in bottom of hot tub.

After 10+ years, the experience has changed for the worse. Restaurant (Pressbox) and bar are great when appropriately staffed, . This review does not reflect them; they and the food are great when they have the resources.

"Gambling" is not even entertaining anymore. The tightest slots. Also, no matter what amount of money I've "donated", the main floor's men's restroom faucets haven't produced water for me in recent memory. Which is a disgusting thought, especially given the current state of things.

Bring sanitizer. Or just save yourself some money and visit some other local attractions.
