  Beware if you are absentee cabin owner in Sevierville or Gatlinburg find someone else before using these people. These people are con-artist.

  Make sure you check the service charge online it's 168 and then make sure you ask how much they will charge for whatever they plan to do. They put a thermostat in and took less then 15 minutes. And it costed me 345 after taxes.

  Waited 3 hours for Ogle’s to show when the receptionist said it would be an hour. When he finally did get to our house, he stayed for 20 minutes and said he didn’t know what was wrong with my unit. Got charged $210.00. If you like your money and want someone to actually fix something, I would call someone else.
