  New to the area and we were very happy with the service. They said someone would come between 3 and 4 but the tech (Ryan) called to say he could come early (1:45) and the problem was solved in five minutes. Granted, it was an easy fix, but the fact that he showed up early and got it done was great. Thank you for the prompt service! We are now cool and happy and I can sleep tonight!
