  My home warranty company recommended this company for my A.C. repair. I had absolutely no problem with this company. They came out as promised, no one was rude, and my Air Conditioner is repaired. I wouldn’t make an assumption of this company based on a couple of bad reviews. Always two sides to a story. I would recommend Oasis Air!

  I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. I cannot support a business that receptionist/support staff feels it's ok to be unprofessional with customers. The female was hostile & abrasive from the beginning of the call. I never raised my voice or became undignified with her but she constantly did with me. I had to ask her to stop cutting me off. I eventually had to hang up on her when she began to yell at me over trying to understand when she was going to schedule my service. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and after talking it over with my warranty company we decided to cancel the service. Please learn some conflict resolution skills as well as improve your customer service. You lost my business & trust me you will lose more with this type of behavior.

  I worked with the company. Specifically Brandy and the owner. Those two are very rude and talk to people any kind of way. I wouldn't refer anyone to him. Its not worth the hassle. They did not complete the job. Worst company I've ever worked with.
