This is the worst customer service ever! Had a item that I needed to return and had an attitude about me returning it. Purchased the item the the day before and wanted to say it was my fought. If they can't be nice to customers then they need to be shut down. I will NEVER return to that store again. It was told to me not to go to that store, but now I believe them. I will take my service somewhere else. If you all know what's best do not go to that store.

Upon going to the business, I called to see if they had the item that I needed and they did...Not very phone friendly (guy)!!! As I arrived at the location the lady (nicer than the guy) asked how can she help me? She proceeded to help me and she did!!!! Overall the business is a great establishment for customers that need parts for their appliances, but I think the customer service could be better (just my opinion)

I have bought many parts there and one time I ordered off the internet and someone brought the part to my house when they closed that day. The man is very knowledgeable in the appliance field, however his social skills are not up to normal customer service standards.   Good place if you are not expecting any greetings or customer service.

Terrible return policy and no flexibility. I returned a part unopened and was charged a 25% fee for restocking (which meant sticking the part back in a basket behind the counter). I was not told that all sales are final or that there was a restocking fee before I purchased the part. I only found out on the receipt. Too late.

Rude is definately true about this business.

I have visited only a few times. I've never bought anything but a small part for $20. Sure it was not worth that much but didn't have time to order online.

Over the years I have been in the market for new appliances but I can assure you I will never give this place my business and will not recommend anyone go there.

Insulting and downright disrespectful. Apparently this man is bitter about customers not being 100% loyal to appliance masters. With this place being one of the few local appliance shops in the area its unfortunate the ownership isn't more welcoming. Not that I care, but it would attract more business. Sure I only wanted a "20 dollar" part but I have bought several appliances over the years and never would take a step in this place again.

I look forward to a rude comment or Bible verse from the owner, but that doesn't intimidate me. This is my review. Pretty sad

We still say Please and Thank You, unlike many.Our customer service is best before the sale, when we Answer the Phone, look up parts by the model number and assure we are selling you the part that fits your model. Many bring us their heating elements for free testing.Others often say I saved their life by being the only place that had the part they needed.
We just had a month of battle over who is fit to Judge that tore the country apart.Sooner or later random reviews will be gone because it is unfair to the business.Who is to say the reviewers are truthful or sound in mind, unbiased or fair when you leave the many reviews you have.If any reviews are to be given, it should be by someone who has done this exact job I do for a longer period of time.
The Bible, is a book of righteousness, fairness and truthfulness I try to respect it everyday and ask for forgiveness where I fail.

On Thursday, March 12, 2015, I took my dryer to Appliance Masters because it had quit working.  They said they would look it over and call me when they knew.  I didn't receive a call so I called them Monday afternoon.  They told me the element was out and how much it would be and I told them to go ahead and make the repair.  I also paid a delivery fee and set up fee to have it delivered back to my house and hooked up.  I had my wife set up a delivery date of March 18, 2015, at 4pm.  She took off from work early to be at the house to meet them, only at 4:10 they called to say they couldn't deliver it today.  I asked why they waited so late to tell me the delivery wouldn't be made today and they said they were short handed, which I understand, but if they had called earlier, then my wife could have stayed at work.  At this point, the man became frustrated and said he would just refund my delivery and setup fees and I could pick it up myself.  Very unprofessional.

Rude, misleading, don't offer warranties, argumentative, never spending $ there. UNPROFESSIONAL. Purchased dyer element in January & was told it was good for a year. Old man implied it was my error, yet i have had my dryer about 8 yrs even with roommate & this is the 1st thing i have replaced. If original lasted so long, how can i get less than a year on this one. No warranty was offered. Stopped working in 7 months. Go to exchange & the old man has the most obnoxious attitude, raising his voice. He offered another element at a cheaper price but got irritated when I asked to see the part before purchase. Again no offer of a warranty. Considering I bought something that ceased to work I have a right to see what I will spend my $ on now knowing what to look for. I was told by a female worker, they don't have time to school customers on what they need. She refused to give her name & gave me a card & told me she was no longer speaking to me. Sad I'm the customer but get treated so poorly.  Instead of lunch I'm headed to file a complaint in person at the BBB. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy

The appliance part factories provide warranties for their products and specify the length and the provisions of the warranty , We act as a mediator, filing forms and shipping warrantied parts to the factory representative when necessary.We must be at fault because we provide a convenient place to buy such products and we are the business, We get that

I have used Appliance Masters for many years.  I have used them for repairs to a washer, dryer, freezer, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.  They always do a great job, and the repairs have lasted a long time. The service technician left my house around 8:00 pm on a Saturday to get our refrigerator/freezer going again.  In a few hours, we were able to get food out of coolers and back in the unit.  My advice to any prospective customer is be patient.   A good job takes time, and jobs can and do take longer.  The customer before you wanted their repair completed in a lasting manner, and so do you.  I recommend Appliance Masters, and I will use them again.

I have never seen a business run by such rude people. I watched as two people ahead of were mistreated. The first was brushed aside and told to leave and stop wasting the owner's (I presume) time when he tried to ask questions about a part he needed that they didn't have. The second was brushed aside when he couldn't provide the information the owner said he needed in order to find a replacement part. The owner then declared the store to be closed, regardless of the fact that I had been patiently waiting for several minutes behind those two. When the other would-be customer voiced his discontent with the owner's attitude, another man, whom I presume to be the owner's son, came out of the back and tried to start a fight.

I will never give my business to these terrible people, and I recommend others shop elsewhere, as well.

Edit: Since it doesn't give me a way to respond to the owner's response, I'll just add it here. You, sir, are a liar. The first guy I saw you drive off was completely polite when you told him to leave. Even if there was something I hadn't seen, which had been resolved to such a point that he would demonstrate no further belligerence, that does not excuse the lack of professionalism and discourtesy I saw. You have no sense of how to treat customers. You treat us as though we're an imposition instead of being appreciative that we're trying to give you our business. You're a bad businessman and a poor model of Christian behavior.

You did not hear the vulgar and threatening things that were said to me , but you slander me as the villain. My son came to defend me, yet you say he was the aggressor? It's sad that the thinking of people today is so twisted, yet it proves that Jesus and Paul were inspired by God to describe exactly how people would behave just before the Kingdom of God removes them from the Earth because of their lack of self control. With all the events taking place, like Las Vegas, we understand 2 Timothy 3:1-5 then verse 13 much better. The only thing that has kept us here are those who told me thank you for being open on Saturday. However, I can see why so many stores are closing or doing online sales only.

I purchased a part for my air conditioner here. It works great as expected. It was even a little past their closing time on Saturday and they still let me purchase the item. I have purchased from them for several years and they always have been helpful and courteous with excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing  business with this company.
