  Update 1 to 3 Stars. The owner of the company contacted us and correctly fixed the issues and fixed the way the system was set up. Overall satisfied. Unprofessional. Had to use them through our home warranty. Not sure if they installed our system but it was not installed properly. They were supposed to come fix it. When the warranty people called and asked who was working on the work order they refused to give me their names. They completed the work and left without making sure the repairs were done correctly. Overall not impressed with this company.

  This company did an outstanding job. The office was very responsive on the scheduling side, and very helpful and clear with the various options. The crew was prompt, courteous, and on task. They did an outstanding job, and we will definitely use them again.
