Awesome service and responded quickly to a problem with my heating. Was able to come out same day to make sure it was fixed and running smoothly. Explained the entire process to me thoroughly and provided insight to plan for the future including yearly maintenance options. Also fixed my fireplace a few months ago which was affordable and is now running perfectly! Highly recommend!

After 17 years I made the decision to replace my furnace and air conditioner for better efficiency . Being a Union Iron Worker I was hoping to find a Union HVAC contractor but struggled to get bids. I then went in a different direction and called various numbers and got 3 bids.     I got really lucky  when a local contractor,  NWI Heating & Air Solutions LLC  was suggested to me.  Mike the owner came out on Monday and did a top to bottom inspection, and addressed all of my concerns. I signed the contract, and on Wednesday April 7th 2021 Mike and Alex went to work! By Thursday evening, I had a new Trane AC Unit and furnace installed!
In addition to the main install, I had some ducts rerouted and a brand new Smart Honeywell Thermostat installed. My house is now energy efficient!
Thanks to John and Alex’s quality work I am getting BIG BUCKS in the form of Energy Efficiency Rebates from NIPSCO. Mike even completed ALL the rebate paperwork on my behalf! Hiring NWI Heating & Air was one of the smartest things I’ve done.
