  AC broke and wasn't cooling my house down. They came out to replace a part that was a 35/5, and they replaced it with a 40 /5 that was used and only charged at 4.5% when it's supposed to be 6%. Called them numerous times for the past few days with no answer or call back.-found this mistake when another company came out when my house reached 90°
