  three stars is for the excellent technicians. However I find the price to be way too expensive. I needed to replace a thermostat. Quoted me $1400 based on a four hour rate. Talked to the manager and was reassured that the price was correct. Ended up using a different company. Took them 30 mins to finish the job and paid $200 for it. I had a service contract with them. Our boiler was making loud banging sound for a while but on two yearly maintenance services they did not spot the issue. I was told it's due to the ductwork. Not true. It was the boiler. Eventually we had to replace the boiler with a different company. Took only a few minutes to test the system to spot the issue.
