Service was fast- from Herman coming out to diagnose why my furnace failed, to Gregory and Jesse installing my shiny, new, efficient furnace. Everyone, including the people who handled my calls and appointments, were very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co for a job well done!   I hired them to install a new Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning system in my home, that did a amazing job. When they came to give me a quote they were very friendly and explained everything in detail. When the workers came to install the system they were very nice, very friendly, easy to talk to. I’m very happy how the installation turned out, I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

  Very professional, friendly, and fast technicians. Used masks and kept distance at all times. Cleaned our AC and checked all the necessary items to make sure optimal operation of unit. All paperwork was done paperless. Highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co.
