  Please consider a different company for your future HVAC needs. This company is only there to get your money, after the installation your are on your own once the system broken. My Carrier Gas Furnace was installed 14 Nov. 2018 after year and 4 months worth $3.3k. After a year and 4 months the unit Kamby installed began shaking the walls around the installation point. The noise was so loud that my tenant had to turn off the system. I tried calling Kamby and explain to him the situation. Only word that come out from him was it's already out of labor warranty. I understand that but Atleast offer me some option to what to do and take a look of the system first. But no he totally told me he can't help because it's out of labor warranty. I'm a Chef by profession, if I hear or see a customer is not happy. I replace his order with same or better food item. This is the worst HVAC companies I have dealt experienced with. Please do your self a favor go somewhere else and read the company review first before you hire a company. That's my only mistake I didn't read the review on this company because I was so stress out and too trusting and now I got a bigger headache.

  We installed your gas furnace we gave you one year free labor warranty and when you called us after over one year your free labor warranty was expired we told you we would like to check and fix your problem but you persist you wont pay for any repair even the free labor warranty is expired

  One of the worst HVAC companies I have dealt experienced while living in Virginia. I initially hired Kamby to install an HVAC unit in my condo as he offered a price 2,000 dollars below the competition. He arrived at my condo the day of the installation, completely unprepared for the job at hand. After spending over 14 hours to install the HVAC unit he left my condo in a complete state of disrepair. I was forced to hire an additional contractor to repair damage to drywall and paint. Approximately, 3 months later the unit he installed began shaking the walls around the installation point. The noise was so loud that my tenant was at the point of moving out of the unit. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the vibration noise reduced I determined he was neither qualified for this job. I then expended an additional 7,500 to have the existing unit removed and a new one installed by a different HVAC company. Financially, this was not an expense I had planned for. I learned a valuable lesson, cheaper is not always better and in terms of HVAC companies you definitely get what you pay for. Please consider a different company for your future HVAC needs.

  At the time we installed the system the home owner lived in the condo and he did not have any problem then he left the country overseas and rented his condo, the tenant mentioned there is some noise coming from closet room near the bedroom where the Condenser unit is located we stopped by multiple times to check the problem and even compared the noise with next door condo it was similar noise unfortunately the home owner was out of country and he did not live in United States to see the problem and have better judgement.

  Kambiz Nozary with Nova HomeTech installed an HVAC System in my condo in McLean VA. My condo unit has a small outside storage area on the balcony and only fits one or two models of HVAC units. He was able to find an indoor and outdoor unit at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and works fast.
