Called first thing this morning to have an issue I'm having looked at. Woman answers and I tell her what's going on. She tells me 79.99 service call and about $48 labor. I ask this will be total to fix my until? She tells me yes. I say great let's do it. She says she can have it looked at today. Good. Try to call back to schedule a time today. Can't get ahold of anyone for 2 hours. Finally after leaving a voice mail twice an older gentleman calles me. He says he don't want to work on it as he's afraid since the unit is almost 10 years old and never had a problem that someone has had to been working on it. I explain to him only I've worked on it which was to spray the condenser as routine maintenance. He says he don't want to offend me but it's going to prob be about $450 in labor to replace the motor. Hasn't even looked at it. I said it's under warranty. He says that's what it's going to be labor. Which is different from what she told me. Ok. So I agree to the labor and tell him to come on and fix it please since the parts are covered. He says he don't want to work on it. We go back and forth for 10 mins of me asking why can't he just come fix it. He just don't want to work on it. So let me get this straight. You don't want $79 in service call money and the $450 in labor to take care of my unit which they were the original installers of? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! UPDATE:::: I’m updating this to show how poorly this company is. After his refusal to even come look at the unit. I started digging into it myself. Ended up being a chafed thermostat wire at the unit.

Woman was rude on phone. Was willing to pay whatever fees to have a unit this week. Lady on phone said she didn't want to waste her time when I was only asking questions. And along for a quote to replace a package unit. I will never use them!
