  We used Best Rate heating and air many times at different homes. Have never been unsatisfied with any work. They took out an entire system including ductwork and registers recently and we could not be happier. Months back we set a date that would work for us and the morning of set date work began! Awesome guys every time.

  I am a customer of American Home Shield. It’s time consuming dealing with AHS. When they finally put me in contact with Best Rate and I spoke with Debbie she immediately got me scheduled and when the parts were back ordered she stayed on top of AHS until the parts arrived. The day Alan and Travis came to install the AC/Heat unit was a terrible day weather wise. There was a heavy downpour the entire time they were here. I offered to reschedule but they insisted on installing it. I know it wasn’t easy getting the unit into the basement in the rain and mud. But they did it. They were very friendly and professional. I will certainly refer them to my friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  We had a whole new unit put in today. They were fast, professional & our air is now colder than ever. Allen answered all of my questions & addressed all of my concerns & was extremely nice & helpful. We are very appreciate of Allen & Best Rate. I definitely recommend them & request Allen!!
