  Couldn't have asked for a better experience with our first heat pump installation. First of all, Northeast Heat Pumps actually respond to your calls and actually show up for the quote! The installation team were right on time, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over installation sites and equipment, and made sure we knew how to operate the heat pump before leaving. After all was done, one would never know they were even here! Great work guys, and we will definitely have Northeast put in our second unit.

  Jake and his crew installed a 15000btu heat pump in our home. We couldnt be happier with the work they did. The whole team was friendly and professional. I will be having another unit installed by northeast in the future. The quality of the install is amazing. Great Job northeast

  Great service and value. They use some of the best universal brands that are functional, reliable, and user friendly. All of their formal residential and commercial installs are held to the highest standard. Operational efficiency of the heat pumps and the companies business practices are “top Notch”. There’s no other company for whom I can say the same in this business. They not only do the job right; they give the time to answer questions and concerns. Last but definitely not least. The ladies in the office. Sheena was very knowledgeable about her product and very helpful when it came to technical operational details. They (I have no doubt) take great pride in the products and services they are offering. So in conclusion, Would I use this company?.. I’ll never use another company as long as they’re in business… Thanks again guys for the job well done.
