  Northstar regularly services our 2 heat pumps in a timely and efficient manner. When one of our units failed this winter, they came right out and diagnose the problem. They installed a new unit that is working perfectly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. I would definitely recommend them.

  North Star is easy to work with. They are friendly. accomodateing, timely, and know what they are doing. By using a cell phone photo they show you what they have done and why it was necessary. They're tops in my book.
