  I called blades after our current company rescheduled twice and wouldn't have been out for more than a month after I initially reported a problem. Blades was out in a couple days and Luis was the most knowledgeable tech I've ever dealt with. Diagnosed the problems and fixed them and taught me more about how my system works than all the other techs combined. I was so impressed I signed an annual maintenance contract on the spot.

  Techs always professional, friendly and very efficient. As it was early a.m., especially appreciated the phone call that they were on their way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. We've used Blades for years and have always been satisfied with them. Good work, Knowledgeable techs.

  Great company with great service. Had a heat pump installed by them a little over a year ago. Install was great, on time, and reasonable. Purchase a yearly service contract with twice yearly maintenance. Michael just left from doing our heating check up and maintenance. Great mechanic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed oriented.
