  North Myrtle Beach Heating and Air has always been highly responsive and extremely helpful! We had an issue with our AC this past fall & Nate was here asap, figured out & fixed the issue, & explained it in a way we easily understood! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Great and prompt. Thank you for getting us in quickly and fixing the issue with our HVAC. We didn't know what was wrong... but our air was not cooling or heating. The nights had been unbearably cold, and the days extremely hot.. and it was very stressful with a 1 year old in the house. They were able to find and fix the issue quickly and affordably. We choose them anytime we have issues with our ac. Definitely recommend!

  The HVAC unit at our park model trailer quit working February 19th, Brooks came out on the 21st to check it out. He told my wife we needed a complete unit. I had a friend check it out, replaced 2 capacitors, under $20 repair and it works fine. Very disappointed.

  Mr. Greenwale - I am glad you got the unit up and running, however I don't feel confident that it will last very long. Brooks has been with our company for over 5 years and is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming, as proven by the time he spent evaluating your unit (1 hour and 38 minutes, which our system can prove). The reason he recommended the unit be replaced is due to, not only a bad blower, but an extremely deteriorated coil that would inhibit us from replacing that blower motor. If the blower motor could even be replaced, with the way materials and parts have skyrocketed in price, it would be a poor investment on your part and our company does not make recommendations that we cannot stand behind, nor that are not beneficial to our clients. For over 46 years, our company has prided ourselves on operating on a foundation of honesty. In this case, while I am glad your unit is up and running, Brooks was not incorrect and I apologize if it was received by your wife that we were trying to take advantage of the situation, but that couldn't be more false. It is our job as professionals to serve our clients with their best interest as our priority, and that is exactly what Brooks did. We also have pictures of the condition of the current unit to justify his approach that we would be more than happy to share. Since you were able to have the unit fixed by a friend, we will contact you tomorrow to collect the service call charge that is due and has not been paid, due to giving you the option to either replace the unit or pay that charge, as noted on your invoice from the date of service. We appreciate the opportunity to attempt to earn your business and wish you best in your future endeavors.
