  The tech they sent was excellent and very professional . It took him 30 minutes from arrival to change a relay. I was charge 330.00 Including tax and a 5% senior discount. This included a 95.00 service charge. I have no problem paying a service charge too. I do have a problem when you mark up a relay that retails for 20.00 up 1000% I looked up the part online as pictured below. I request compensation for this gouge. I received 58.00. the going tech rate here is 100.00 hr. so 30 min was 50.00. so 95,00+50.00 and a 100% markup on the part 40.00 and 4.00 tax totaling 189.00 . Requested compensation and received 58.00. For total of 272.00 Paid. Won't use them again.

  So happy with my call to North Mechanical. It was an odd job to take out an old gas wall furnace and Daniel did a fantastic job getting the thing dismantled and out of here, fixing a sketchy electrical issue on the way. I really appreciate his professionalism and the "on the way" text. Thank you all!

  Dave was super helpful in diagnosing the issue and working to get the needed part very quickly. Our heat was up and running in the time frame he quoted. No surprises in quality or price. I will be using them again for annual servicing and any additional issues that arise.
