  As someone in the service industry myself, I can assure you NGE provides world-class quality with extremely fair prices. I reached out to four different companies to quote replacing my HVAC system. NGE was by far the most professional, responsive, and informative. They did not simply quote me a number for the job, but made sure I understood what was being quoted and what my options were. When you are potentially about to pay someone thousands of dollars for a service you know nothing about, it is incredibly comforting to have everything explained to you in a way you can understand. That is what NGE did for me. I will continue to use NGE for my HVAC needs in the future. If you are considering NGE, just know it is money well spent!

  I was having issues with my AC and needed it to be working for the hotter than normal fall days. We would rather be too cold than be hot in our household. They came out today and now it is working perfectly again! They also charged reasonable hourly rates. Thank you!
