  Kevin and his team installed a Tamarac whole house fan, and repaired an attic fan. Kevin took more time and care accessing, planning and completing the work than any other company did, or would. I am so grateful to Ware, Kevin and the team. I’m sorry I don’t know the names of the other two young men, but they were very kind and helpful too. Thank you all for a job well done.   Excellent service. I had previously called another heating service company and they visit on 5 separate occasions and turn out the problem remained. Called Ware and they identified the problem within 10 minutes and makes the needed repair in a timely manner. Very friendly and great job knowledge.

  Had a sudden failure of central heat late on a 27°F night. Called Ware & got Brittany who was friendly & professional. She said I'd have a tech within an hour. 33 minutes later, Mark was in the driveway. Diagnosed the gas valve had failed mechanically as it was getting a control signal but not opening. Heater is 29 y.o. so parts are not common. Ware sourced an aftermarket part from out-of-state and (shipping being what it is these days) Mark was ready two days later to install it. He did some burner cleaning and checked all the safety thermocouples and we had heat! Will always go to Ware FIRST for all my HVAC needs on this 73 y.o. house.
