  Nolan installed our air conditioning unit. They did a great job. During the hottest part of summer 5 years after installation our AC broke down. I called them up and they came out to the house same day on a Saturday and fixed it for us. Also covered it under warranty since they had done the installation. Would highly recommend them.

  I received a quote from Nolan Heating & Air for over $17,000 for a Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling system installed in my home. The cost did not include electrical work that would need to be done separately. I chose to do the work myself which would cost me about $4500 in parts plus a $75 mechanical permit and would include about a days worth of work. As far as I can tell, this means that Nolan feels his time is worth over $12000 per day. It my opinion that this it rather over priced. I was a little worried when I could not get a straight answer out of him on price. He would not budge on even a ball park idea of what he charges per hour before going through the hassle of a full quote. To be fair. I have heard he does a good job, but for $12000 a day, I should think this would be a given.

  Need a new furnace. They said they will have someone show up to take measurements and notes. He showed up, took all of 30 seconds to dismiss the job, and said he will "let another company worry about this one." Real professional bud
