  Just called Hilliards as an emergency because my pipes were frozen. It’s Sunday and I had a technician at my house within 30 minutes and had water within an hour. He even figured out the exact source of the problem.. my heat tape got unplugged somehow. The gentleman was very professional, explained everything, answered questions.. I would definitely recommend their services.

  When my toilet backed up Hilliard’s did the excavation to find the source of the problem. When it was discovered that there was a break in the sewer that was caused by someone else, Chuck immediately found out who had caused the problem, contacted the company, arranged for them to repair the damage and to reimburse me the very next day, and called me to keep me in the loop. Michelle in accounting was also very patient with my worries about getting billed right away so I could get paid back quickly. Thanks, Chuck and Michelle!

  I called on a Saturday to request a quote for a replacement HVAC thermostat. Other companies responded the next business day. I called the following Wednesday to check on my request and was told I'd receive a call back by the end of the week. I still haven't received a quote.
