  First time using Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning after a referral. I was very very impressed with the whole experience. Very smooth and quick communication. The tech who came out was on time and was very professional and talked my through the issues and options. Fixed the issue quickly and I felt the price was very fair. 10/10 would recommend.   Our installers, Rex and his colleague were efficient, friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. They did a particularly nice job of installing the outside unit, preparing the ground, raising the base up and surrounding the unit with rocks. He also did a nice job of demonstrating the new mini-split system when they were done. I am very satisfied with this installation.

  Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning was responsive, helpful, and professional. They were on time and fixed the problem nicely and for the quoted cost. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. They will continue to be our first and only call when we have repair and maintenance needs.
